European countries suffer from a shortage of talent, and education-based immigration can act as a driver in the availability of experts and economic growth. Various challenges affect international students’ decisions to stay in the country upon graduation. As educational institutions, we will consider in this session how we can positively impact the integration process to prepare our international students to become active contributors to the workforce and society.
