In autumn 2024, Karlstad University in Sweden launched the Follow an Exchange Student project to understand and improve the exchange student experience. As this poster highlights, the project documents the experiences of incoming and outgoing students, focusing on administrative interactions. Insights from digital diaries and interviews will create a customer journey map, leading to workshops and an action plan to enhance future exchange programmes.
