This session explores localised European partnerships and sustainable support models for displaced scholars, highlighting the Institute of International Education Scholar Rescue Fund’s regional and national collaborations. Featuring Finland’s government–university cooperation and a multilateral initiative with the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung, the discussion will present scalable solutions for hosting and empowering scholars within Europe.
