Academics who care about international student success can have a significant impact on their colleagues when it comes to inclusive multicultural teaching practices. This poster details a year-long training programme developed for a multidisciplinary cohort of academics at a US research university. The aim of the programme was to help academic staff grow their intercultural competences and gain strategies to become effective advocates for international students.
