The International Business programme at Rotterdam Business School is implementing a skills assignment portfolio during students’ 20-week internships. This focuses on students’ personal, professional and intercultural skills development, ensuring they manage themselves well in complex surroundings and continuously develop their professionalism. As this poster shows, there is continuous interaction between student, company and lecturer to reach alignment in supervision and assessment.
