Erasmus Mundus has a visible impact on learning and teaching, international cooperation and administrative processes in universities. But to what extent are universities fully leveraging its potential for large-scale partnerships? Based on a major study and a practice example, this session will discuss necessary governance, strategic management and framework conditions to leverage the potential of Erasmus Mundus for effective impact and deeper transnational cooperation.
