Professor Ernest Christian Winful (PhD) is a distinguished researcher and academic with over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. He is a Certified Research Fellow of the Institute of Certified Economists of Ghana and a member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana, since 2011. His research focuses on Financial Economics, Social Entrepreneurship, and Environmental Economics, with numerous publications and presentations to his credit.
He currently serves as Head of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Incubation Services at Accra Technical University (ATU). He has held key roles including Dean of the Faculty of Business, Head of Departments for Accounting & Finance and Procurement & Supply Chain Management, and Dean of International Programs and Institutional Cooperation (2018–2024).
Prof. Winful is a leading voice in innovation, serving as the Impact CoP Lead for the Regional Innovation for African Universities (IAU) and Ghana’s Country Lead on the IAU CoP Leadership Council, British Council. He is also an Associate Partner with ESDEV Foundation Africa. Passionate about the Fourth Industrial Revolution, he led blockchain sensitization programs at ATU. He has secured several national and international grants and remains committed to empowering communities. He will attend the 2025 EAIE, eager to connect with global stakeholders.

Marloes Ambagts-van Rooijen

Marloes Ambagts works as senior lecturer Internationalisation & Innovation and researcher in Global Learning in  at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. As an action- researcher and educational developer, she has been engaging students, academics and societal actors across the Netherlands, Colombia and Chile in the co-creation of challenge-based projects with a glocal scope, centralizing critical engagement and dialogical learning throughout the process. In her ongoing PhD research, she explores how educators (can) harness diversity across the superdiverse classroom in applied HE, working towards a professional learning and development model that bridges instructional design and dialogical learning across boundaries
