The Pannónia Scholarship Programme, launched in 2024 with an annual budget of HUF 10 billion (€25 million), is a government-funded initiative supporting international mobility for Hungarian higher education students and staff. It offers diverse formats—from short visits to year-long study and research stays—with full academic recognition. The dedicated Excellence stream enables top students to study at leading global institutions with full financial support.
