Charlotte Saelemakers

Artesis Plantijn University of Applied Sciences Antwerp, Belgium

Charlotte Saelemakers works at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp-AP University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Antwerp, where she combines international coordination and  educational development. Her work focuses on creating meaningful international opportunities for students, teachers and researchers in the arts, with a strong interest in how mobility, curriculum innovation and artistic research can contribute to more inclusive, future-oriented higher education.

Charlotte has coordinated and contributed to a wide range of European and international projects, including Erasmus+, Blended Intensive Programmes, Erasmus Mundus developments, Horizon and Creative Europe collaborations. She is particularly engaged in projects at the intersection of music, dance, drama, creative technologies, interdisciplinarity and social transformation.

At AP-Arts, she supports international partnerships and strategic initiatives linking artistic practice with research, innovation and societal challenges. Her recent work includes collaborations around live coding, hybrid performance, the New European Bauhaus, future skills in the cultural and creative sectors, and international cooperation with partners in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the United States.

Alongside her work in higher arts education, Charlotte is a violinist and chair of the European Bluegrass Music Association, where she supports international exchange, community-building and professional development within the European bluegrass scene.

Giovanni Andriolo

UNITA Alliance, University of Turin, Italy

As part of the UNITA Alliance, Giovanni Andirolo oversees communication strategies and the internationalization of academic programs. His work focuses on designing, promoting, and monitoring innovative mobility opportunities and international pathways for students, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and impact.
He is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Topical Group on Community Engagement within the FOREU4ALL project, contributing to the development of shared strategies that strengthen the role of universities in society through civic and community-oriented initiatives.
His professional background combines institutional communication with the coordination of international initiatives involving EU and non-EU stakeholders.

Dunja Milenkovic

Central European University (CEU), Austria

Dr. Dunja Milenković is the CIVICA Engagement Coordinator at Central European University (CEU) for CIVICA – The European University of Social Sciences, with a particular focus on inclusion, student engagement, outreach, and service to society. She has been involved in CIVICA since 2021, coordinating alliance-wide initiatives aimed at inclusion, widening participation, and supporting students from disadvantaged and displaced backgrounds. Dunja holds a PhD in Late Antique, Medieval and Early Modern Studies from CEU and, alongside her work in international higher education and CIVICA alliance, teaches Ancient Greek and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian at the university.
