Capacity building in higher education is a versatile action supporting multilateral partnerships in the international cooperation context. Lately, it has been evolving to align more closely with the EU’s external policies such as the Global Gateway strategy, and to foster mutually beneficial partnerships for development worldwide. This session will discuss how universities can adapt their practices in line with such trends based on cooperation examples with African partners.
