Magdalena Sikorska

Magdalena Sikorska is a Secretary General of EUNICE Alliance. EUNICE, the European University for Customised Education, is a transnational alliance of 10 public European universities founded in 2020. With a collective strength of over 150,000 students and 15,000 staff members, EUNICE strategically covers all major European regions.
With 15 years of work experience, she is a highly experienced professional specializing in managing and coordinating various teams in higher education, with a strong emphasis on internationalization.
Magdalena's professional background includes a significant role as the manager of the Center for Medical Education in English at Poznan University of Medical Sciences. In this capacity, she led a dedicated team responsible for admissions, promotional activities, and the seamless organization of medical studies conducted in English.
She is currently finalizing her PhD in the field of management and quality sciences. The research focuses on a comprehensive analysis of various models within European Universities Initiative (EUI) Alliances. Magdalena has co-authored several publications centered on higher education, international collaboration and university management.
Magdalena has served as the co-chair of a FOREU group, (bringing together 25 European Alliances) focused on cooperation with non-EU partners and global outreach, for the past two years.
