Session

How can partnerships sustain higher education through crises? This session will bring together the Lebanese American University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Freie Universität Berlin to share lessons from leading through war and instability. Presenters will explore how trust, empathy and flexible Erasmus+ cooperation can preserve mobility and academic engagement in times of disruption.

Stefanie Ritter has been with Freie Universität Berlin's International Office since 2007. Starting in 2010, she coordinated Erasmus Mundus Action 2 projects and later managed Erasmus+ ICM / KA107 / KA171 projects. As the Deputy Head of the Unit Academic Relations, she oversees Erasmus+ funded staff mobility and has organized the annual International Staff Training Week since 2019.
