Building on our acclaimed EAIE 2025 session on data dashboards for managing international partnerships, this interactive workshop responds to the demand for deeper learning. You will design a data strategy roadmap for office challenges, moving beyond static dashboards. Activities include mapping collaborators, identifying data sources, receiving peer feedback and developing context-aligned actionable plans. The aim is to enable professionals to lead confident data transformations using practical tools for informed decision-making. In line with the rhythm of revolution theme, the workshop will emphasise collaboration, momentum and purpose in fostering effective change.
