Welcoming exchange students is a task for everyone involved in student mobility. Many institutions host welcome weeks, yet few fully involve students in shaping them. How can universities and student organisations co-create inclusive and empowering welcome experiences? What can be expected of students? What is a 'nice to have' and what is a 'need to have'? This session will explore practical frameworks and tools to rethink traditional introductions and place students at the heart of the process.
