One of the latest efforts by the European higher education community is to increase the digitalisation of administrative processes to make Erasmus+ exchanges simpler and more accessible. The change process that digitalisation implies for higher education institutions may vary from university to university, but one thing is certain, as this poster highlights: consciously planning and managing change processes using change management principles is key to ensuring a smooth transition.
