Maggie Rose Cunningham is a leadership coach, trainer and higher education consultant with more than 20 years' experience supporting universities through leadership development, organisational change and strategic transformation.
Beginning her career at King's College London before moving to City, University of London, Maggie held a number of senior leadership roles, including Head of Student Experience and Engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with academic and professional services teams, leading complex change initiatives and supporting organisations to navigate competing priorities, conflict, uncertainty and growth.
Maggie specialises in leadership effectiveness, communication, collaboration and wellbeing. She has designed and delivered training programmes for leaders and teams across the higher education sector, with particular expertise in managing conflict constructively, building productive working relationships across difference, and creating sustainable approaches to stress and resilience. She is also a long-standing trainer on UCL's Senior Women in Leadership programme.
Known for her practical, engaging and highly interactive approach, Maggie combines strategic insight with immediately applicable tools that help participants strengthen communication, maintain rapport through challenge, and lead with greater confidence in diverse and complex environments.
