Study abroad fairs across Europe are constantly evolving to meet shifting student needs and institutional realities. This session will explore how Leiden University, KU Leuven and the University of Helsinki have each reimagined their fairs, balancing decentralisation and central coordination, and ensuring inclusion and engagement, to create meaningful, student-driven experiences while questioning and transforming the traditional fair format.
