A follow up to ‘The fundamentals of building your strategic internationalisation plan (SIP)' offered at past academies, this course focuses on the implementation phase. Through peer consultancy and group discussion, you’ll learn key elements of implementing your strategic plan including defining critical elements, overcoming resistance, establishing monitoring tools and learning from communication failures. Additionally, bring your own case study and under the guidance of our expert trainers, learn how to implement your plan step-by-step.

How to get the most out of this course

If your work involves implementing a strategy for internationalisation, this course will give you the practical knowledge and tools you need to successfully accomplish that. All alumni of ‘The fundamentals of building your strategic internationalisation plan’ are automatically admitted to this course upon registration and payment. However, non-alumni will be individually assessed by the trainers through a brief interview. If they do not have the experience, they will be unable to participate but receive a full refund.
