Regular cancellation deadlines apply, regardless of whether your visa was granted or not.

If a course does not receive a sufficient number of participants, we may be forced to cancel the course. We will do this no later than six weeks before the start of the event, and all registered participants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. We cannot be held liable for any costs you might have incurred in the interim (eg flight tickets).
