Register today for EAIE Seville 2017. Dates for registration, rates and what is included in your fee are listed below for your information. Become a member while registering and experience significant savings.
Early bird registration: 24 May to 28 June 2017 (17:00 CEST)
Regular registration: 29 June to 24 August 2017 (17:00 CEST)
Late registration: 28 August to 15 September 2017
Badge pick up and on-site registration
Participants who have pre-registered can pick up their badge at the Registration desk of Level 0, FIBES 2. Those wishing to register on site can do so here as well.
Registration opening hours:
Monday 11 September: 14:00–19:00
Tuesday 12 September: 07:30–18:00
Wednesday 13 September: 07:30–18:00
Thursday 14 September: 08:00–18:00
Friday 15 September: 08:00–15:00
Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and some Maestro cards. All payments made to the EAIE must be in Euros (€). Payment by bank transfer is not possible for EAIE events.

*Reduced rate: If you are working in a country classified as a ‘low-income economy’ or ‘lower-middle-income economy’ by the World Bank, you qualify for a reduced conference rate.
**Day fee: This fee does not apply if you are a workshop chair or workshop speaker.

Modifying my registration
Participants who have already registered for the conference can modify their registration by adding or removing the following activites: campus experiences, workshops and networking events. Participants can modify their registration until 24 August by clicking here and entering their e-mail address and reference number. The reference number can be found in the registration confirmation e-mail or by requesting a reminder e-mail.
If you have an official press pass and would like to attend the conference, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Press passes are limited to one per organisation.
