Removing red tape: working smarter with outbound applications

  • Thursday 26 Sept
  • Hall 3, Level 0, Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre

The amount of red tape students have to deal with when applying for an exchange can be overwhelming. To ease the process, the University of Copenhagen has worked to break down the information it provides to students into small steps with clear directions. The adjusted process design and communication strategy has been implemented without added resources or investments in new digital tools to support a diverse student body in having a more successful application experience.
