As each other’s largest neighbour, academic institutions in the EU and Russia are today facing questions of how their relationship can be maintained and expanded in the face of economic sanctions. At the same time, selective engagement is something that is encouraged by the EU. This session will explore the challenges and opportunities involved in EU-Russian academic cooperation.
