Student journey mapping: create your road map to happier students

How to keep up with the increasing number of international students and their ever rising expectations? In this session, participants will get a first taste of using the Student Journey Mapping instrument. Based on the student's experience, the tool allows you to map the opportunities to improve your services and working processes. Participants will start working with the tool based on two real-life cases, so make sure you come to this session ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
