Life skill: mindfulness for the busy professional

In this session, you will be guided through a mindfulness exercise for better focus, clarity and relaxation of body and mind. You’ll also learn how mindfulness practice has been supported by findings from neuroscience, and you’ll gain encouraging tips on how to mindfully navigate your way through the conference and your day-today work afterward.
