Poster session 109

Providing local and effective leadership tools to lower dropout rates

  • Wednesday 12 Sept
  • Exhibition, Level 2, Poster session area

Retention has been a big topic in Danish higher education over the past years. In 2016 the government issued new regulations that cut the budgets for universities not improving their students’ completion rates. Since 2017, the University of Copenhagen has focused on retaining international full-degree students by providing institutional management and student counsellors with online tools for data analysis to help understand student patterns and prevent dropout.
