Session 04.14

Key lessons from successful university career-development initiatives

Systematic and focused career management is becoming increasingly important for students and researchers. In meeting this challenge, universities have come to vary widely in the availability and scale of career-development assistance they offer. Through a panel debate format, this session will share best practice examples of how different universities actively assist students and staff in their career development by offering new tools and services that are adapted to the individual.
