Sometimes, we find ourselves in a bit of a rut. Perhaps you’ve been more negative in your interactions than usual, or maybe you’re finding it difficult to assert yourself in a positive way. You could be struggling with balancing your needs with those of others, or you could simply feel ‘off’. This session will discuss common self-defeating behaviour patterns we can all fall into when under pressure and how to recover, helping you become more positive, constructive, assertive and resilient.
