Beyond numbers: measuring the impact of business schools

Business schools strive to be engaged institutions, closely linked to their environment and oriented towards delivering a range of societal contributions. Their claims of excellence in this regard, however, must be substantiated by assessment of their actual impact. This session will discuss the need for an actionable definition of impact and methodologies to measure it, qualitatively and quantitatively. We’ll present a model for such impact assessment and its real-life application.
