While most internationalisation efforts have targeted students and academic staff, training and empowering the ‘backbone’ of universities – the non-academic staff – can be the key to creating truly international and internationalising institutions. This session will show the importance of creating a team of internationalisation experts among administrative staff, so that institutions can be transformed from within.
