Session 09.13

Key learnings from a successful Erasmus+ knowledge alliance

This session will share the experiences, challenges and results of the ERDI project (2015–2018), a strategic knowledge alliance under Erasmus+ Key Action 2. We’ll discuss how we built our consortium and application, how we manage this alliance of 16 partners and what we have achieved so far. Come learn about knowledge alliance project design and effective coordination practices you can utilise in your own project planning process.
