Session 05.13

Capitalising on study abroad to enhance internationalisation at home

This session will discuss how education abroad can be integrated and extended in the curriculum to enrich learning for all students, including those who don’t have access to mobility opportunities. We’ll share recent research findings on fostering internationalisation at home by capitalising on the experiences of Australians studying abroad in Asia through the New Colombo Plan. You’ll then explore the discussed principles through Harvard’s Visible Thinking and Gallery Walk methods.
