How well graduates transition into the labour market has become an increasingly important strategic concern for many universities. This workshop will delve into the European career-services landscape, comparing the various models and practices of careers offices in Europe; exploring the myriad challenges different careers offices and professionals face; and analysing intercultural aspects in international career work. After the workshop, you will have a solid toolkit for improving and managing career services at your own institution, particularly in the furtherance of your internationalisation goals.
