About this session

The shared global challenges of enhancing the employability and inclusion of international degree students in the host country have been made more difficult by COVID-19. A renewed urgency to take bolder and braver actions led to the launch of a national online platform to co-create systemic change in Finnish society. This poster shows how the platform uses ecosystems, change management and systems thinking to harness experience, knowledge and best practices among a broad range of stakeholders.
