About this session

Employers are convinced that applicants with one or two semesters of study abroad experience are graduates with knowledge of local languages and local culture. However, many programmes are taught in English only and within a mainly global-anglocentric academic culture. Join fellow participants around the virtual campfire to discuss how we can break our students out of this international bubble that denies them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the target language and culture(s).
