About this session

Collaborative Online International Learning, a pedagogical approach using digital technology, has become a popular tool within universities to internationalise the curriculum. This session will present a study that measured the impact of COIL on the intercultural competence development of students. By means of a controlled experiment, the study aimed to address the lack of empirical evidence on the effectiveness of the approach.
