The virtual platform

The Community Exchange: virtual conference and exhibition is about making meaningful connections and exchanging knowledge. No matter where you join from, the full programme can be enjoyed at your own pace during all hours of the day. In addition to the many scheduled sessions, you can network, explore the poster gallery and conduct meetings at a time that is convenient to you. The online platform will open on 14 September to provide you with enough time ahead of the event to meet with others and set up meetings.

How it works

Two weeks before the start of the event, you will receive access to the online event platform to customise your profile and start building your schedule. All sessions, activities and networking will take place on the online platform, and you can begin scheduling your meetings as soon as you access the platform. All you need to join is a computer, internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

The platform will remain open for a limited time after the event, enabling you to log in at any time to re-watch recordings and access resources, as well as retrieve any chats, messages and contact information you collected during the event.

Join break-out discussions & campfires

Switch on your camera and microphone to join small break-out discussions and virtual campfires. These video sessions are a great way to share insights and get to know colleagues in the sector.

Explore the poster gallery

Open 24 hours a day, you can enjoy a virtual stroll through the poster gallery at any time that suits you. Want to learn more about a poster, you can send the presenter a message or join a Q&A with the presenter.

Connect with your community

Catch up with old conference friends or meet new colleagues via the online participant directory. You will be able to search for other participants and exhibitors, use the chat function, and schedule video/voice meetings within the platform.

Reach out to new partners
