Registration for the EAIE Community Exchange is now closed.

Registration rates

Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard and some Maestro cards. All payments made to the EAIE must be in Euros (€). Payment by bank transfer is not possible for EAIE events.

*Lower-income country: If you are working in a country classified as 'low-income economy' or 'lower-middle-income economy' by the World Bank, you qualify for a reduced rate. This rate is applied automatically upon registration.

Accessing the platform

All registered participants will have access to the Community Exchange event platform until 25 October to re-watch recordings and access resources, as well as retrieve any chats, messages and contact information you collected during the event. A reminder if you are logging in again after some time, please ensure that you use the most up-to-date version of your web browser to access the platform. The platform may not function in older versions.

Erasmus+ funding

Due to the exceptional circumstances of COVID-19, funding may available for digital training in some locations. Please enquire with the department responsible for Erasmus+ staff mobility at your institution, or your national agency.

Cancellation policy

Due to the on-demand nature and the extended availability of the content for the 2021 EAIE Community Exchange, cancellations and transfers are not possible. Please confirm that you are available to attend before completing your registration.

Please ensure that you have suitable hardware and internet access in order to attend this event. The EAIE cannot be held responsible for issues relating to access due to technical difficulty encountered by the attendee. More information on technical specifications can be found on our FAQ page.
