There is still time to register for the EAIE Community Exchange.

  • Early-bird registration: 26 May to 30 June (17:00 CEST)
  • Regular registration: 01 July to 01 October

Registration rates

Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard and some Maestro cards. All payments made to the EAIE must be in Euros (€). Payment by bank transfer is not possible for EAIE events.

*Lower-income country: If you are working in a country classified as 'low-income economy' or 'lower-middle-income economy' by the World Bank, you qualify for a reduced rate. This rate is applied automatically upon registration.

Not an EAIE member yet? Add EAIE membership to your Community Exchange booking and get access to all member-exclusive resources, such as publications, research and recordings, as well as discounts on EAIE virtual and in-person events.

September combo-deal: If you become an EAIE member while registering for the Community Exchange, you will get 16 months of membership for the price of 12 (remaining 4 months of 2021 and all of 2022). Simply choose ‘Register and become an EAIE member’ while completing the registration form for the event. Erasmus+ funding

Due to the exceptional circumstances of COVID-19, funding may available for digital training in some locations. Please enquire with the department responsible for Erasmus+ staff mobility at your institution, or your national agency.

Cancellation policy

Due to the on-demand nature and the extended availability of the content for the 2021 EAIE Community Exchange, cancellations and transfers are not possible. Please confirm that you are available to attend before completing your registration.

Please ensure that you have suitable hardware and internet access in order to attend this event. The EAIE cannot be held responsible for issues relating to access due to technical difficulty encountered by the attendee. More information on technical specifications can be found on our FAQ page.
