Employability

Increasing competition and fewer openings for new recruits means that many graduates are struggling to find work. Meanwhile, companies say that they cannot find graduates with the ‘right’ skills. As we continue to witness increasing globalisation in education and industry, we need to support all those involved in preparing students to succeed in the global labour market to improve the employability of graduates. Join the Expert Community Employability, a platform for addressing all aspects of employability skills, careers guidance and international internships.
