Sandra Rincón

I'm Sandra Rincón and with 30 years of experience as an international educator, I've developed strategies and programmes on internationalisation of higher education: building university partnerships, mobility and internationalisation at home; teaching intercultural communication, and building global alumni networks. With my experience in international education and global alumni and stakeholder engagement, I can bring knowledge and insights on how the Expert Community Alumni Relations can support international educators and the EAIE in building knowledge and skills to advance internationalisation, and on how our alumni can support such endeavours.

I currently work independently as a researcher, trainer and adviser for governments, universities and companies around the world on international alumni and stakeholder engagement. I'm Founder and President of Holland Alumni Network Netherlands and a PhD candidate at Tilburg University on global alumni networks and internationalisation of higher education. I have authored various articles and presented at international conferences and EAIE events on global alumni and stakeholder engagement. It would be a great honour to serve the EAIE as a steering group member of the Expert Community Alumni Relations.
