Olga Khachaturyan

My name is Olga Khachaturyan and I have been working at HSE University in Russia as Deputy Head of the Office for International Cooperation for seven years. Developing cooperation models is the largest part of my professional life. Also, being an alumna of the Fulbright programme, I participate in Fulbright projects as a member of selection committees, an evaluator, a moderator and an event co-organiser. My story with the EAIE started in Prague in 2014 and it has greatly influenced my professional growth in terms of drawing rich networking opportunities, getting experience of presenting at the sessions and becoming a volunteer mentor for some of my international colleagues. I have also held sessions at the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education and the Association of International Education Administrators on the applied issues of international cooperation and intercultural communication with co-presenters from around the world. I believe that my experience in developing international projects at different levels, combined with my creative thinking, leadership and intercultural skills, makes me a good candidate for the EAIE Cooperation for Development Expert Community Steering group. I would feel extremely privileged to be able to implement my expertise for the benefit of the EAIE community.
