Magdalena Kozula

Independent/Fulbright grantee, Poland
Magdalena Kozula

This is a job-share with Tomas Bengtsson.

At the beginning of my professional path in higher education, I heard that internationalisation was the process through which people contributed to the world while being shaped by it. I could not agree more. I was very pleased to be chosen as an associate for the Expert Community Marketing and Recruitment two years ago. Thanks to the passion and work of dedicated people, Marketing and Recruitment has a lot to offer and I would love to continue this adventure.

I am an international education enthusiast. My journey started in Poland and has led me to the United States, where I will soon be based at the Center for International Higher Education, Boston College, as a Fulbright grantee. I have worked for the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, WSB University in Wrocław and the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin. I have been an EAIE member since 2017 and I have seen a positive change in the number of Polish representatives over this time. However, I am convinced that Eastern Europe still needs more visibility in our association.

Believing in the power of community work, I am dedicated to contributing to the Marketing and Recruitment group together with my great job-share partner, Tomas Bengtsson.
