Eveke de Louw

I am Eveke de Louw and I work as a researcher and International Policy Adviser for the Curriculum and Co-curriculum at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. I design and deliver professional development programmes for all staff, as well as tools and instruments to support academics and degree programmes in curriculum internationalisation.

I am an experienced and creative internationalisation practitioner and enthusiast who enjoys working across different perspectives and academic disciplines. My drive to engage peers in internationalisation at home and my ability to think outside the box help me build bridges between different stakeholders and pioneer collaborations.

With my varied experience of more than 25 years as a lecturer, internationalisation coordinator, researcher and policy adviser, I feel I represent the evolving needs and interests of our vibrant community well. For six years I have worked with the Internationalisation at Home Expert Community as an associate member and an elected member, connecting to and providing platforms for new and emerging voices across Europe and beyond, so that we can create inclusive and sustainable ecosystems for internationalisation at home with societal impact. I look forward to being able to continue this work in my last term.
