Celine Nygaard

My name is Celine Ursula Nygaard and I have been working as an International Adviser at the University of Stavanger since 2009. I am in charge of implementing internationalisation across all departments of the Faculty of Social Science, Faculty of Health Sciences and UIS Business School.  I have extensive knowledge and experience in European programmes such as Erasmus+, Nordplus, EEA grant etc, with a special focus on joint programmes and project acquisition.  I have also been Norway’s representative in the Nordlys University Network since 2014, and the Resource person for European Programme Management since 2016.

I believe these roles and experiences make me a great candidate as a Steering group member in the Expert Community European Programme Management.  I have many ideas on how the Expert Community can better support EAIE members by sharing best practices in the field of programme management. I would especially focus on the key stakeholders in the international higher education to promote our members’ interests and to be the voice of the professionals. It would be an honour to be able to use my knowledge and skills to serve the EAIE in this capacity.
