The most basic emotional and physiological response to unknown situations is fear. International students, going through numerous transitions, are most vulnerable to this, particularly fearing failure. The more being able to understand and manage emotional responses, and understand the impact of difference, the more students can enjoy increased effectiveness in their studies and, ultimately, their intercultural experience. This workshop will enable you to develop skills to be a cultural interpreter and help students develop affirmative introspection, self-governance and manage ambiguity and change
