If you are an EAIE member and would like to get some support, or have one of the fully retired SAINTs as a mentor please contact the equiries manager.

The enquiries manager will try to find one of the current SAINTs who has the competence to help you. You will normally get a reply to your enquiry within a few days, but this response may, in the first instance, be a note telling you that we are working on trying to find the right person for you. If we are not able to help we will tell you as soon as we can. If we are able to help you will be put directly in contact with a SAINT (sometimes more than one SAINT), and from that point on you will talk directly with this person.

The enquiries manager will ask the nominated SAINT to keep him/her up to date with the progress of the enquiry so that we can keep track of how well the service is working.

If you are pleased with the service, or perhaps not pleased, you can let the enquiries manager know so that we can advise our members on the best way to work with EAIE members who are looking for help.

In your enquiry we ask you to be clear about which SAINT competences you feel are appropriate. We ask you to be short, clear, and to the point. You will find a list of competences on this web site by clicking here.

If you are looking for a personal mentor the enquiries manager will put you in touch with a fully-retired SAINT. Other enquiries may be dealt with by a fully-retired SAINT or a SAINT who is close to retirement.
