If you are an EAIE member seeking support, or would like to be mentored by one of our fully-retired SAINTs, please contact Marianne Brekelmans or Anne-Marie van den Dries, the managers.

The enquiries manager will determine whether one of the current SAINTs has the competence to help you. You will normally receive a reply to your enquiry within a few days. This initial response may simply be a message informing you that we are working on finding the right SAINT for you. If we are able to help, you will be put directly in contact with a SAINT (sometimes more than one SAINT) and from that point on you will correspond directly with this person. If we are unable to help, we will inform you as soon as possible.

In your request for help, we ask that you state which SAINT skills you feel would serve you best. Please make reference to skills listed on the competences page.

If you are looking for a personal mentor, the enquiries manager will put you in touch with a fully-retired SAINT. Other enquiries may be dealt with by a fully-retired SAINT or a SAINT who is close to retirement. The enquiries manager will be kept up to date with the progress of the enquiry so that we can keep track of how well the service is working.
