Important informationThe EAIE issued visa invitation letters to participants from countries requiring a visa to enter France, but only upon receipt of full payment of conference registration.

All participants requiring a visa invitation letter registered before 4 August to ensure that the letter arrived in time. Please note that the EAIE does not give any further support to the visa application process. Obtaining a visa was the sole responsibility of the participant. Regular cancellation deadlines applied, regardless of whether your visa was granted or not.
