• For cancellations by 3 August
• No charge

• For cancellations between 4 and 27 August
• 50% of registration fee charged

• For cancellations after 27 August
• Full fee charged

Please note that all refunds will be processed after the conference in October.

Transfer of registration A participant may send an e-mail to the EAIE requesting a transfer of registration to a colleague, free of charge (regardless of whether or not payment has been received). Any transfer requests received before 27 August will be processed ahead of the conference. Any requests thereafter will need to be done on-site by the replacement participant.

All cancellation requests, transfer requests or changes to registration must be sent via e-mail.
