In accordance with the new EAIE statutes, signed in 2009, a Membership Meeting will be held at the annual conference and is open to all members. In this meeting the Board will inform the members about decisions made by the General Council and the Board on behalf of the Association during the past year, as well as activities, developments and plans for the future. As 2010 is an election year, the results of the elections will also be communicated.

The Membership Meeting will be held on Friday 17 September, from 12.30–13.00.
