WIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All reservations will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis and according to availability. Although WIP will do its best to find suitable accommodations for all the participants, the preferred hotel might not be available at the time of booking.
Deposit and payment policy
The following deposit is required at the time of booking:
1 night deposit for a stay of 1 night
2 nights deposit for a stay of 2–3 nights
3 nights deposit for a stay of 4–6 nights
A booking fee of EUR 8 per room will be charged at the time of booking.
The outstanding balance will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations before 3 August 2010: Total deposit will be refunded. (All refunds will be made after the conference)
For cancellations after 3 August 2010: Total deposit will be forfeited.
In case of no-shows and early departures: Total deposit will be forfeited.
The EUR 8 booking fee is non-refundable
