On-site registration
It is possible to register on-site at the conference centre, but if
you choose this option, please keep in mind that there may be
long queues and a long waiting time at the On-site Registration
Desk.

Discounts
If you wish to apply for EAIE membership at the time of registration,
you will receive a discount of EUR 45 on your conference
participation fee. Please note: this discount only applies to new
members, ie those applying for EAIE membership for the first
time. EAIE membership costs EUR 175 per year.
Reduced rates
The EAIE offers a reduced rate to participants from those
countries determined by the World Bank as low-income or lowermiddle-
income economies. For further details please check:
www.worldbank.org. This rate includes annual EAIE membership,
valid for one year.
Visas
The EAIE will issue visa invitation letters to participants from
countries requiring a visa to enter Spain, but only upon full
payment of conference registration. The EAIE recommends visa
letters be requested before 26 June. The same cancellation deadlines
are in effect for visa applicants.

As a consequense of the increased financial commitments made with regard to the 21st Annual Conference, 16-19 September in Madrid, Spain, EAIE has had to revise its cancellation policy.
